At what time can I check in my room or suite?
The rooms are available from 15 pm.
At what time do we have to vacate our rooms or suites?
We would like you to check out by 11 am. A necessary later check out time can be prearranged.
Can rooms and suites be booked for one night only?
Yes, for the regular rooms its possible. And for the suites we require a minimal surcharge.
What are the differences between the regular rooms and the suites?

Does the hotel provide smoking and non smoking rooms/suites?
All our rooms/suites are non smoking .
Does the hotel have “allergy beds”?
Yes, we have water beds, blankets and pillows suitable for guests with an allergy.
Does the hotel provide extra blankets?
Yes, every room has some available.
Are there any additional pillows?
Yes, we have several kinds of pillows, such as side and neck pillows.
Is the hotel and are the rooms accessible to handicaps?
At the moment not according to the legal requirements.
Is room service for breakfast available?
Yes, you may make your own desired selection.
Do you offer half- board (lodging and one meal)?
Yes, in conjunction with our partner restaurant “Martha”. See our link.
What are the opening hours of the breakfast restaurant?
From 6.30 am to 10 am Mon. through Fri. From 7.30 am to 11 am on Sat., Sun. and holidays.
What are the opening hours of the Wellness facility?
From 5 pm to 9.45 pm Mon. through Sat. Sunday and during summer on request.
What are the hours of the reception desk?
From 6.30 am to 10 pm. And from 7 am on Sat., Sun. and holidays.
How late may we check in ?
During the opening hours of the reception. Check in at other times can be arranged prior to arrival.
Is there a shuttle service to and from the Salzburg Airport?
If possible, we gladly provide this service free of charge. If not, we arrange a taxi for you. (about 8 Euro)
Is there a shuttle service to and from the main train station in Salzburg?
If possible, we gladly provide this service for only 10 Euro. If not, we arrange a taxi for you. (about 18 Euro)
Is it possible to arrive from Germany without the “Highway sticker”?

How do I know my booking request has been processed?
You will always receive an acknowledgement .
Is there a time when a booking of minimum days is required? If so, when?
Yes, New Years Eve, holidays and weekends prior to Christmas.
Are there higher rates during peek season or the Festivals?
No.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Amex, Euro/Master Card, Visa and all Bancomat Cards ( EC )

Do you have parking facilities and what are the charges?
The underground garage with entrance to the hotel is free of charge.
Do you provide free internet/W-LAN service?
Yes, W- LAN on the main floor, terrace/garden and with cable in all rooms.
What is the validity of the voucher?
Do you have a business centre in the hotel?
A PC with internet is available in the private conference room.
Do you allow dogs?
Accepted in the standard rooms only. The daily charge without food is 8 Euro. If necessary, we may charge 20 Euro for cleaning. Please understand, that pets are not allowed in the dining room and sauna.
