What time is check-in for the rooms/suites?

You can check into your room starting at 3:00 pm.

What time is check-out for the rooms?

On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 11:00 am. You can request a later check-out time on-site based on availability.

Are rooms bookable for 1 night?

Yes, 1-night bookings are possible for all rooms. For our "Exclusive"-category rooms, we are happy to inform you about the extra charge or the "one-night stay" arrangement. 

What are the differences between rooms?

You will find detailed information under the menu item "Rooms".

Are there non-smoking/smoking rooms??

All rooms are non-smoking. 

Are there hypoallergenic beds?

Yes, we have waterbeds, and all blankets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers.

Are extra pillows and blankets available to guests?

Each room is also provided with standard bed linens and a blanket. In addition, bolsters, Tempur-Pedic pillows, body pillows, and neck rests are available at the reception desk upon request.

Room service & breakfast in the room

You are welcome to enjoy breakfast in your room. A fee of € 15.00 will be charged to your account for this service. For anything else you might need, simply contact the reception.

Monday - Friday from 6:45 to 10:00 am
Saturday, Sunday, & public holidays from 7:30 to 11:00 am

Is half-board offered?

Together with our partner restaurant "Martha", we offer half-board. It is located just a few meters from our hotel.

What are the opening times of the wellness area?

Monday - Friday from 5:00 - 9:45 pm.
Saturday from 1:00 - 9:45 pm
The wellness area is closed on Sunday.

Monday - Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Is a late arrival possible?

You are welcome to arrive anytime during our standard opening hours. Should it be necessary for you to arrive outside of these times, we will be happy to make arrangements.

Shuttle service from/to the Salzburg airport

Whenever possible, we offer this service for free. Otherwise, we are happy to organize a transfer by taxi (price ca. € 7.00).

Shuttle service to/from the Salzburg train station

Whenever possible, we offer this service for € 10.00. Otherwise, we are happy to organize a transfer by taxi (price ca. € 18.00).

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Basically, the booking of a single night is possible here. Exceptions include New Year's and Advent weekends as well as holiday weekends. 

Parking possibilities at the hotel

Free parking spaces are available for guests in the underground garage. There is direct access to the hotel from the garage.

How long are gift certificates valid?

1. For the booked time period
2. Money vouchers (amount in euros) always remain valid
3. Without surcharge until the next price increase, then with a possible extra charge.  

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Dogs are allowed in the standard rooms. We charge € 10.00 per day excl. food. If needed, we will charge a final cleaning fee of € 20.00. We ask for your understanding in that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, sauna area, or garden.
